Rayquaza Returns: What Pokémon's Delta Reign Set List Tells Collectors

The full Delta Reign list is out ahead of its November 6 launch: a Mega Rayquaza ex chase card, more than 30 Secret Rares, a new Connected Stadium mechanic and a $699.89 Ultra-Premium Collection launching the same day.

Pokémon's next English expansion now has a full card list. Delta Reign, numbered ME06 in the Mega Evolution series, arrives on November 6, 2026, and Joseph Anderson published the complete list on October 13. It is built around Rayquaza and is the first set centered on the dragon since Evolving Skies in 2021.

The list comes from the Japanese sister set, Storm Emeralda, and the English version is expected to be nearly identical. Anderson counts more than 70 cards in the main set and over 30 Secret Rares. The English numbering he shows runs out of 103, with Mega Rayquaza ex at 084/103, Mega Golisopod ex at 011/103 and the Legendary Summit Stadium at 096/103 and 097/103. He cautions that the English list could still change.

The headline card is Mega Rayquaza ex. Its Ruler's Roar ability accelerates Energy, and its Storm Emeralda attack deals 50 damage for each Fire and Lightning Energy in play. A Pokémon Tool called Mega Rayquaza Cap is meant to push that damage even higher. The Special Illustration Rare of Mega Rayquaza ex is named as the top chase, with several more Mega Rayquaza ex variants hiding among the Secret Rares.

Delta Reign also introduces Connected Stadium cards. They are played as a pair from hand and count as a single Stadium in play. Named examples include Legendary Ocean Trench, Legendary Summit and Legendary Lava Lake, the last of which switches off Abilities on Evolution Pokémon. Other cards on the list include Mega Golisopod ex, Heat Rotom ex, Wishiwashi ex and Meowscarada ex, plus Supporters such as Aarune, Zinnia's Trust and Tate & Liza's Training.

The product lineup is broad. There is an Elite Trainer Box with nine booster packs and a Kyogre promo, a 36-pack Booster Box, a Booster Bundle and a Build & Battle Box. Blisters include a Premium Checklane version with Delphox and Ampharos, a Single Pack Blister with Spritzee and a Target exclusive with Xerneas, and there are four Sleeved Booster Pack designs. Anderson also reports that a Kyogre Illustration Rare was cut from the Secret Rare list and moved into the Elite Trainer Box as a promo. Prerelease promos, MEP 111 through 114, come through Build & Battle boxes starting October 24.

The same day brings a very different kind of product. Amazon has preorders up for the two 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collection boxes, Night with Umbreon and Day with Espeon, both listed at $699.89. Each contains 29 30th Celebration booster packs, one Classic Collection pack, a Pikachu ex promo and an Umbreon ex or Espeon ex promo, a playmat, 65 sleeves, a deck box, a metal coin, six damage-counter dice and a Pokémon TCG Live code.

Anderson's own read is that the Night box draws more resale attention because of the Umbreon ex promo, and that its Amazon price sits near market value while the Day box looks too expensive. That is his opinion rather than measured data. For collectors, the takeaway is a crowded launch date: a new Rayquaza set with a deep Secret Rare list and a premium box competing for the same budget on November 6.
