Legal, privacy and disclosure

Some outbound links to operators are referral links. If you open an account through one, the operator pays us a fee, and your price is unchanged. That is our only revenue: nobody can buy coverage, a position on a board, or a better figure.

Affiliate relationships never influence the measured figures or the order of any board. Rankings are computed from operators' public data by the rules in our methodology, and affiliate links are marked wherever they appear.

The public pages are static and set no tracking cookies. There is no advertising network and no cross-site profiling on this site.

The dashboard saves your widget layout and alert thresholds in your browser's local storage on your own device. That data is never sent to us and never leaves your browser. Clearing site data removes it. Browser notifications, if you enable them, are handled by your browser and require your explicit permission, which you can withdraw at any time in your browser settings.

We count visits ourselves, on our own server, without cookies. Each page view and outbound click is recorded with the path, the referrer's hostname and a visitor key that is derived from a secret that changes every day, so the same person cannot be recognised across days. Your IP address is used to compute that key and then discarded: it is never written to disk. No third-party analytics service is involved.

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany. The web server keeps standard access logs for operations and security; raw analytics events are deleted after 90 days, aggregated daily counts are kept.

Card images and card names in our live feed are the operators' own product listings for the specific graded card that was pulled. We show them for identification, the way any marketplace shows the item being sold. We do not reproduce card artwork as artwork, sell it, or offer it for download.

Card names, characters, set names and logos are trademarks of their respective rights holders. PackAnalyst is not sponsored or endorsed by any card publisher or grading company, and showing their marks does not imply any such relationship.

Figures on this site are computed from operators' own publicly available pages and pull feeds. We record what those sources published and when. Operator names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and comparison.
